This Privacy Policy explains how the PeakPix Workout iOS application ("PeakPix Workout", "the App") handles information when you use the service. The policy applies to the App available under the domain peakpixworkout.app and any related services directly provided through it.

2. Information we collect

PeakPix Workout is designed to focus on your training data while minimizing the amount of personal information processed. The App primarily stores information on your device.

• Workout and progress data — exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, durations and similar training metrics you choose to log in the App.
• Configuration and preferences — settings such as units, interface preferences, and notification choices.

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, address, or other identification details in order to function.

3. How your data is stored

By default, PeakPix Workout stores your workout information locally on your iOS device using system-provided storage mechanisms. This means your training history is tied to your device and under your direct control.

If you enable any system-level backup options provided by Apple (such as iCloud backup), copies of the App's local data may also be stored in your personal iCloud account, subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.

4. How we use information

The information processed by PeakPix Workout is used solely for the following purposes:

• To display your logged workouts, progress and related statistics in the App.
• To remember your preferences, such as units or interface options.
• To provide optional features like streak tracking or session summaries.

We do not use your workout information for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

5. No third-party analytics or advertising

The App does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs or advertising frameworks. We do not share your workout data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Legal basis

To the extent that any applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, the processing of your information by PeakPix Workout is based on your consent and on the necessity to provide the core functionality of the App that you choose to use.

7. Data retention

Your workout information is retained on your device for as long as you keep it there. You can delete your data at any time by removing individual entries within the App, using any in-app reset options (if available), or uninstalling the App from your device.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights such as:

• Accessing the personal information that relates to you.
• Requesting correction of inaccurate information you have entered.
• Requesting deletion of your data.
• Objecting to or restricting certain forms of processing.

9. Security

We rely on the security features of the iOS operating system and App Store distribution to help protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your device secure, including using a device passcode, biometric protection, and keeping your operating system up to date.

10. Children's privacy

PeakPix Workout is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child is using the App and providing information in a way that is not appropriate, please contact us so we can assist you.

11. International use

The App may be used from different countries. Your data is primarily stored on your own device and may be backed up to Apple's infrastructure depending on your device settings. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in these locations.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of PeakPix Workout after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
